Registration is now open for the University Microcredential “Communicating with Impact: PechaKucha Presentations and Communicational Leadership,” a specialized training program designed to improve public speaking, presentation, and communicative leadership skills in academic and professional settings.

This intensive course offers a practical solution for those who experience stage fright when speaking in public, need to defend projects, Bachelor’s or Master’s theses (TFG/TFM), or wish to enhance their persuasive communication skills in the workplace. The microcredential combines storytelling techniques, PechaKucha-style visual presentation structures, and communicational leadership tools.

Short, certified university training with ECTS credits

The microcredential has a total duration of 15 teaching hours, equivalent to 1.5 ECTS credits, and will be delivered in person at the Elche campus of Miguel Hernández University (UMH), Arenals Building, on March 4, 5, and 6, 2026.

The registration period will remain open until February 24, 2026.

Subsidized tuition and possibility of zero cost

This microcredential is part of the European Plan Microcreds program, allowing access to highly subsidized fees:

• Subsidized fee (ages 25–64): €42.30

• Standard fee: €141

In addition, certain groups may access the course free of charge, provided they meet the requirements established within the microcredential funding program. This makes the course particularly attractive for individuals seeking to improve employability or reskill professionally.
