The Alicante Institute of Culture Juan Gil-Albert, as part of its mission to promote and support topics of interest related to the province of Alicante, has announced the fifth edition of DOCS ALC – Alicante Documentary Awards.

The purpose of these awards is twofold:

• On the one hand, to encourage the production of documentaries and audiovisual works created by authors born or resident in the province of Alicante.

• On the other, to recognize outstanding audiovisual work by awarding the best documentary productions whose subject matter is related to the province of Alicante.

Submission of applications

Applications may be submitted electronically or in person.

Electronic submission

The use of Google Chrome or Firefox is recommended. Applicants must be registered with the Cl@ve electronic identification and signature system, or hold a digital signature certificate or electronic ID (DNI).

Applications must be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Institute
(https://iacjuangilalbert.sedeelectronica.es), using the standard application form available in the “electronic procedures” section of the corresponding call. The application must be accompanied by the documentation required in Article Four of the rules.

In-person submission

Applications may be submitted at the General Registry of the Alicante Institute of Culture Juan Gil-Albert,
C/ San Fernando 44, 03001 Alicante, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or at any of the locations provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

www.iacjuangilalbert.com, under the relevant call for applications, and include the documentation required in Article Four.
