The Vice-Rectorate for Culture, Equality and Diversity of UMH, through the Equality Unit, is organizing the free winter course Inclusive Language and Communication<\/em>, which will be held online from February 10 to March 3, 2026.<\/strong> This activity forms part of the actions included in the University\u2019s Second Equality Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The course provides training to identify sexism in language<\/strong> and offers tools for inclusive communication<\/strong>, from a gender perspective<\/strong>, taking into account the impact of the internet, social media, and artificial intelligence<\/strong> on current communication dynamics.<\/p>\n

With a total duration of 25 hours<\/strong>, the program is structured into four sessions<\/strong> that include live-streamed and recorded classes<\/strong>, written materials<\/strong>, and discussion forums<\/strong>. The course is coordinated by Purificaci\u00f3n Heras Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> and taught by faculty specialized in gender and communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Enrollment is free<\/strong>, with a \u20ac30 deposit<\/strong> that will be refunded upon successful completion of the course. The registration period<\/strong> is open from October 30, 2025, to February 9, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
