UMH\u2019s Audiovisual Communication Degree Promotes University Audiovisual Talent with \u201cPitching UMH \u2013 Talent Audiovisual Universitari\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University (UMH) of Elche will host on Friday, 31 October<\/strong>, the event \u201cPitching UMH \u2013 Talent Audiovisual Universitari, Pitching Universitats Valencianes \u2013 Audiovisual Sector\u201d<\/em>. This initiative is aimed at students of Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, and the Double Degree in Audiovisual Communication and Journalism<\/strong>, and is open to the entire university community interested in audiovisual cre<\/p>\n

ation and production.<\/div>\n

The event will take place in Room 5 \u2013 Rosa Mar\u00eda Calaf<\/strong>, located in the Atzavares Building, starting at 10:00 a.m.<\/strong> It will feature the participation of two prominent audiovisual professionals: Araceli Isaac (Nakamura Films)<\/strong> and Joana Chilet (JC Media)<\/strong>, who will share their experience in developing and presenting audiovisual projects to production companies and expert panels.<\/p>\n

The day will combine theoretical and practical training on the essentials of pitching<\/strong>\u2014the professional presentation of audiovisual projects\u2014covering aspects such as idea generation, dossier preparation, speech development, and strategies for presenting projects to industry professionals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Through this activity, UMH reinforces its commitment to practical student training<\/strong> and the promotion of emerging talent, fostering connections between the university and the audiovisual industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cPitching UMH \u2013 Talent Audiovisual Universitari\u201d<\/em> is part of the Pitching Universitats Valencianes \u2013 Audiovisual Sector<\/strong> program, which seeks to promote collaboration between universities and companies to strengthen new creative voices in the Valencian audiovisual field.<\/p>\n
