Select the <\/span><b>pickup and return times<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (check the <\/span><b>SCHEDULES<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tab).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f71414\"><b>IMPORTANT:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #f71414\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Requests for free-use material must be submitted <\/span><b>between 48 hours and 1 week in advance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, following confirmation by the professor, and only on <\/span><b>working and class days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (no Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). This allows technicians to verify availability and confirm the reservation. Requests outside this timeframe will <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> be accepted.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #f71414\"><b>Weekend loans<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> must be returned <\/span><b>first thing on Monday<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, between <\/span><b>8:45 \u2013 9:00 a.m.<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #f71414\"><b>Only one consolidated request per period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is allowed. Multiple complementary requests for the same period will be canceled; the requester must submit a single combined request.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Once all fields are completed, click <b>ADD TO RESERVATION<\/b> in both windows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. The reservation summary will appear. Complete all required fields (<\/span><b>only once per request<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">):<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Name and Surname (default)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Email (default)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contact phone (default)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Names and ID numbers of group members<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (mandatory; it is recommended to prepare a text file for easy copy-paste, as this will be repeated throughout the course)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Accept <\/span><b>Terms and Conditions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (links to regulations)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Professor\u2019s name<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Professor\u2019s email<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Degree program (choose from the list)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Course<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Practice name<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4. After completing the fields: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If no more materials are needed, click <\/span><b>CONFIRM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5. To add more items, return to <\/span><b>COURSE MATERIALS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and select additional resources. They will appear with the same pickup and return dates. Check your reservation in the <\/span><b>BASKET<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6. Once all items are listed in the summary or basket, click <\/span><b>CONFIRM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #f71414\"><b>IMPORTANT:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #f71414\">7. You will receive an email detailing your request. You must send it to your professor for approval (to the email provided in the form). This step is not automatic; the requester is responsible.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #f71414\">8. The professor will reply to you and the technicians confirming or denying the reservation.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #f71414\">9. If approved, technicians will send a confirmation email. Returning the materials on the authorized date is mandatory, and failure to do so may result in sanctions.<\/span><br \/>\n10. Material Pickup: <\/strong><strong>Present your University ID Card (TIU), either physical or virtual. <\/strong><strong>Show your DNI, NIE, or passport for verification. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sign a receipt listing:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Loan request number<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Materials requested<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Student group members<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<hr>\n<p><b>IMPORTANT \u2013 Loan or Reservation Authorization<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The only professors authorized to approve space or equipment reservation requests are those teaching courses in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, and Audiovisual Communication and Journalism that require the use of materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Strictly, only the professor of the course for which the loan is requested can authorize it.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><b>Professor or Special Loans and Reservations for Students<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Requests for materials from a professor or special loans must be approved via email by the person designated by the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences of Elche, the Vice Dean of CAUP, Vicente J. P\u00e9rez (vicedec.caup@umh.es).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Whenever an activity, course, or final project (TFG) is involved, the responsible professor must also authorize the loan.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Exceptionally, special space reservations may be allowed for individuals explicitly authorized by the Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences of Elche, but a prior special loan or reservation request must still be submitted.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This applies to non-standard requests such as: external UMH personnel participation, use of animals, or special props in the space. Authorization must be given by Vice Dean Vicente J.
